DfC Light Exercise – Get Activ on a Wednesday!


DfC in coordination with the WELL Programme are providing pilot sessions to get their staff up, moving, and energised!

WELL Programme instructor Rob will blast through a variety of cardio and resistance stations, working on each station twice for 45 seconds, with a 15 second recovery between each double set.

This is the complete evening workout for all abilities which can be done in the comfort of your Livingroom!
