Mental Health and Wellbeing Virtual Conference 2021

This year's Mental Health and Wellbeing Conference is running virtually from 4th to 15th October with numerous speakers including Ruby Wax, experts from Anxiety UK and Mind, as well as fellow civil servants sharing their own personal experiences.

The sessions will cover issues such as ‘Digital Wellbeing, ‘Smarter Working, ‘Burnout and more. As in previous years, The Charity for Civil Servants, along with the Civil Service Sports Council (CSSC), is supporting Civil Service HR to deliver the event.

The event will provide a greater understanding of how to optimise and support the mental health and well-being of civil servants as we return to a post-pandemic work life and embed Smarter Working across the Civil Service.

The conference programme includes three speakers per day, running from 9:30am to 12:30pm, with attendees being able to pick and mix their sessions. All sessions are free to join and open to all civil servants.

To register for the event and to receive updates on speakers and sessions please visit the Conference webpage. If you have any queries please contact the Conference organisers at mentalhealthconference@cabinetoffice.gov.uk
