Resilience is now recognised as an important factor in the today’s workplace and indeed in everyday life. The questions many people pose are what is resilience - why do you need to develop it and how do you develop it.

In this 90 minute workshop we will explore resilience from the Inside out which will include developing individuals understanding of resilience, how to achieve greater personal resilience in a way that improves an individual’s health and wellbeing.

Topics covered include:

  • Why you should develop greater resilience - the benefits of personal resilience.
  • What is resilience - what does it look like and feel like?
  • How to develop greater resilience from the inside out through a number of techniques.

We appreciate that not all people will be in a position to wear PPE but we would ask where possible they should seek assistance from our staff.
