Improve your Life by joining our Steps 2 Fitness Group Challenge

 

The WELL Team are delighted to introduce our Steps 2 Fitness Challenge.

 

Join our group challenge where your group will work together, combining your steps to walk the distance ‘around Ireland’ whilst gaining rewards along the way. As a result of taking part in the challenge you will improve your health and wellbeing, get connected from afar with your group and make positive changes to your lifestyle.

 

The WELL Team has recognised that a lot of NICS staff are now working at home, some are feeling disconnected and are lacking the motivation to get active especially now the weather has changed and the days are shorter. We want to encourage you all to start getting active at your own pace, motivate you to walk each day and enable you to feel connection with your fellow NICS colleagues even from afar. This challenge will improve your physical and mental health and help you to increase your resilience.  Coming together, yet staying apart.

The challenge will begin on 1st December and you will have 12 weeks to complete your steps. There will be five members within each group. You can express your interest in either a group or an individual and we can allocate you a group. All group members must be a NICS staff member and places are limited to 500. Steps 2 Fitness is FREE to take part in!
