Pledge to get to 28 in 28 whether that’s 28 mins walking, cycling, yoga or building up 28 sit ups. If exercise isn’t your thing why don’t you make a lifestyle change like drinking more water, eat more fruit and vegetables or pledge to walk every day at lunchtime.
