Each Wednesday in January we will be providing a free online wellness workshop to get you mentally and physically ready for the year ahead! This sessions will cover the following:

 

Balancing Nutrition Personally & Nutritionally

Do you get confused by all the mixed messages on nutrition?  Do you want to eat a little better but are not sure where to start? 

This seminar will take you through all you need to know about building a healthy way of eating.  Balancing nutrition along with some sensible advice about treats, learn about key foods and nutrients as well as what supplements you do and don't need.  This session will also cover lots of nutrition myths and give you time to ask questions - so have them ready!
