DfC’s Wellbeing Team in partnership with NICS WELL has announced the return of the popular free online light exercise classes for this new year.
The “Friday Light Fitness” sessions are part of the team’s ongoing Mind and Body Programme and are open to everyone in DfC from entry level to intermediate levels of fitness
The free 45 minute online sessions will be 12.30pm – 1.15pm on Fridays

We are delighted that NICS Well’s instructor Rob is able to lead our light exercise sessions again in 2022. They have been specifically designed to suit all abilities and fitness levels and so all attendees can ‘work at their own pace’.
The sessions will comprise moves to focus on upper and lower body strength, core and cardio and there will be time built in for warm up and cool down so we encourage staff to join in and enjoy.
