On the build up to World Mental Health Day on the 10th October, WELL are running an online Mindfulness for Resilience session on Friday 9th October.

Resilience training techniques have a powerful effect on our ability to empower us through our daily lives. In this 60 minute online course, you will learn how to bounce back after a testing situation.  Learn how to recover quickly from difficulties and how to cope well under pressure.
