National Fitness Day is all about encouraging the nation to celebrate the fun of fitness and physical activity, helping to raise awareness of the importance of leading healthier lifestyles. It is a chance to bring people together to positively impact our physical, mental and social wellbeing. 

 

To support this, WELL are inviting you to attend the very first NICS/NICSSA exclusive exercise class, ran by WELL Fitness Instructor Rob Dobson!

 

Further Details: 

  • A fun 30 minute exercise session
  • Online session taking place on MS Teams 
  • 12 Exercises: 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off
  • Different variations will be provided for each exercise to suit all abilities!
