Resilience is now recognised as an important factor in the today’s workplace and indeed in everyday life. The questions many people pose are what is resilience - why do you need to develop it and how do you develop it.
In this workshop we will explore resilience from the Inside out which will include developing individuals understanding of resilience, how to achieve greater personal resilience in a way that improves an individual’s health and wellbeing.
