Stoptober: the 28-day stop smoking challenge

The Stoptober campaign runs for the whole month of October to encourage people to stop smoking. The campaign provides a range of support services to help achieve a smoke-free life. These services include a Stoptober app, daily email service and a stop smoking community page to provide personal support.

Stopping smoking has many health benefits, both physically and mentally. Some of these include:
