This webinar enables participants to discover the relationship between how people think and their patterns of behaviour, such as long- & short-term experiences of anxiety, depression and stress. You will also learn how to maximise positive mental health, gain a better insight into why people experience disempowering emotions, communicate more positively and effectively with yourself and others and gain a valuable insight into what motivates you either in your career, relationships or health.
The webinar will use a combination of theoretical and practical sessions to enable participants to learn techniques and skills including using routines, relaxation techniques and a stress prevention strategy to improve mental health.
