Here’s what to expect:

  • Set personal goals and track your progress through Strava.
  • Take part in weekly challenges and stay inspired with health blogs and nutritious recipes.
  • Stay in the loop with weekly leader board updates and cheer each other on.

It is important to note steps is not the goal… Distance is! But here is a quick clue, 10,000 steps for the average person will get them about  5miles (8km).
