In delivering the WELL Programme to the NICS it’s our job to provide practical health and wellbeing advice and support to all NICS staff particularly through this difficult time.
The WELL Team want to support you through the weeks and months ahead, and we will be doing this through a series of online exercise classes and advice and guidance on a range of health and wellbeing advice.
That is why we have teamed up with Activ Healthclub to bring you a series of free exercise classes that you can get involved in. From Pilates to Spin, Bodyburn to Bootcamp as well as Yoga, we’ve got you covered, and in the below video Gym Manager Rob will discuss which sessions might be right for you.
