DfEspanol! - WELL Spanish Classes

Lunchtimes in Adelaide House had a distinctly Spanish vibe throughout June with cries of hola, gracias and por favor ringing through the floors!

Organised by Adelaide House WELL Champions, the spirited duo Stephanie Montgomery and Alastair Ogilby (both Skills Division and qualified Spanish teachers) brought their knowledge and love of the Spanish language and culture to a group of enthused DfE learners who were keen to brush up on their skills.

Classes included a cultural tour of regions which Stephanie and Alistair were familiar with, alongside useful words and phrases to enhance the cultural experience for anyone visiting Spain.  Each class ended with tasty tapas treats including tortilla, cheeses, hams and some homemade horchata…look it up it is delicious!  It was a great opportunity for people to connect with others while having some fun learning or updating their Spanish skills.

Keep your eyes peeled for more events being organised by your WELL Champions which will be coming up after the summer.
