Mental Health Week: 5 Days of Awareness and Wellbeing

Join us for Mental Health Week, a five-day initiative dedicated to raising awareness, supporting wellbeing, and encouraging healthy habits—both mentally and physically.

Each day brings a unique focus:

  • Day 1: Monday 12th May – Event commencement – Walk & Talk
  • Day 2: Tuesday 13th May - Mental Health Awareness Webinar – Tune in for an insightful session on understanding mental health and supporting others.
  • Day 3: Wednesday 14th May - Nutrition and Emotional Eating – Learn how what we eat affects how we feel.
  • Day 4: Thursday 15th May - Think Well Webinar – Discover strategies for managing stress and promoting positive thinking.
  • Day 5: Walk & Talk – Celebrate the week with the chance to win one of five Mental Health Hampers! To be in with a chance of winning, please see details below.

Throughout the week, we’re also encouraging everyone to Walk and Talk. Whether it's a quick stroll or a longer journey, take time to connect with others while getting active. Want to take it a step further?
