My Names Niamh and I’m currently a finance Support officer with Discretionary Support based in Lisburn. I’m now into my fourth year with the Civil Service and it’s been a journey. I believe that with what my job requires makes me good for the Champion role because we must lean on each other for help and support, it can be emotionally draining being the listening ear to the Public. The staff here are amazing and do what they can to help, but I strongly believe they need help to feel the lighter side of things and find balance in the workplace and I hope that I can bring that to my group of peers.

As a WELL Champion in TEO, I’m passionate about fostering a supportive environment where mental and physical wellbeing are a priority. I look forward to promoting initiatives that encourage colleagues to maintain a healthy work-life balance, contributing to a healthier, happier workplace.

Hi, I’m Alanna Campbell and I started my career with the Civil Service in July 2021 as a Universal Credit Work Coach in DfC. I then joined the Countryside Management Unit, DAERA as a staff officer in October 2022, and I am currently based in Molesworth, Cookstown. I was motivated to join the WELL Team because I believe that positive wellbeing benefits everyone and as a WELL Champion, I look forward to being involved in the organisation of Health and Wellbeing events in partnership with the wider WELL team.

Hello, I am the office manager in The Appeals Service Omagh. I am particularly interested in health and wellbeing, especially mental health as I work and volunteer part time as a counsellor. I am very interested in having a positive workplace and I am a champion of being content at work as we all have to spend a good part of our lives at work. Looking forward to having plenty of events and information for staff going forward with this programme.
