Hi I’m Mary Claire I am your well champion in Lisahally Service Centre since February 2019. As you may know, I took over this role from Eugene who has gone to pastures new. I have always had a passion for Mental Health both inside and outside of my current job role. As your well champion, I hope I can encourage my colleagues to look after their physical and mental health. By sharing ideas, training and organising events together we can become a fitter, healthier work environment promoting harmony for everyone.

Hi I’m Ashleigh from Knockbreda Jobs and Benefits Office. I started in Knockbreda office in January 2008. My role as First Contact Team member is varied. I am on the Welcome desk, Digital coach or Floorwalker so basically a first point of contact for claimants with benefit queries. I am very interested in Health and wellbeing and looking forward to see what WELL can bring to our office.

Hi, I’m Liz Armstrong, I work in Netherleigh currently in Emergency planning most recently dealing with Brexit. I have a keen interest in all sports and like to play a bit of tennis and I really enjoy cycling. I value healthy eating within a balanced lifestyle (room for chocolate) and I really enjoy organising social events and getting involved with clubs and societies.
