Hi, I’m Liz Armstrong, I work in Netherleigh currently in Emergency planning most recently dealing with Brexit. I have a keen interest in all sports and like to play a bit of tennis and I really enjoy cycling. I value healthy eating within a balanced lifestyle (room for chocolate) and I really enjoy organising social events and getting involved with clubs and societies.
Hi, I’m Caroline from the Department of Finance. I have been part of DoF for 18 months, and am currently based in LPS in Lanyon Plaza, working in policy and legislation. I have been involved in the establishment of the Belfast City Centre Women’s Network and became interested in the work of NICS Well through a number of presentations which they delivered for recent events which we held. I have a keen interest in general ‘wellbeing’ and would like to learn more whilst also offer encouragement to other staff towards leading a healthy lifestyle. I look forward to being involved in the organisation of Health and Wellbeing events in partnership with the wider Well team.
Hi I'm Debi. I have just recently taken up my role as the Well Champion in Bangor JBO. I hope that within my role I will be able to support staff in leading a healthy lifestyle. I look forward to being involved in the organisation of Health and Wellbeing events.
