Hi, my name is AnneMarie. I’m a Work Coach in Lisnagelvin Jobs and Benefits Office. Before moving to Department for communities, I spent 18 years working in the Department of Agriculture.

I found the change to Department for Communities quite challenging, both professionally and personally. Going through that experience really showed me how important wellbeing is at work, especially when you’re adjusting to something new.

As a Wellbeing Champion, I’m keen to support colleagues, encourage open conversations, and help make the workplace a more supportive and understanding place for everyone.
