My name is Ciara and I work in Foyle Service Centre. I have been with NICS for almost 2 years. As a former social worker, I am particularly interested in a holistic approach to wellbeing and believe that work can contribute greatly to your overall health and wellness. A problem shared is a problem halved, and a sense of community is everything to feeling well in life! I love to hike and get outside and I also write poetry. I look forward to being part of the NICS well programme in my business area.
