Leanne McLaughlin

Hi, my name is Leanne McLaughlin and I’m a Work Coach in Lisnagelvin Jobs and Benefits Office, where I’ve been for the past five years. Before that, I worked for 14 years in the Public Prosecution Service, so I’ve had experience across different roles within NICS.

I’m a mum to two boys, which has shown me how important it is to look after your wellbeing and find a good balance between work and home life. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, getting outside, and focusing on small things that support positive mental and physical wellbeing.

As a Wellbeing Champion, I’m keen to help create an open and supportive environment, encourage conversations about wellbeing, and be someone colleagues can chat to or reach out to for support.
