As an EO1 in Case Management at Castlecourt, I’m passionate about supporting the people I work with. As both a Wellbeing Champion and Mental Health First Aider, I care about creating a workplace where colleagues feel listened to, understood, and never alone. I’m always happy to offer a friendly chat, a supportive ear, or help point someone toward the right resources. Looking after each other is at the heart of what I do.
