Hi I’m Joan from the DfE careers services based in Crown Buildings Ballynahinch. I have been working in Ballynahinch Job Centre carrying out a variety of posts since August 1990. I have spent the last 8 years as a Careers support admin officer. This is a small office with only me and a careers advisor. I also travel to Bangor Careers on a regular basis offering careers support to the team of 5 careers advisors that are based there.

Hi I’m Norman from the Office of the Industrial Tribunals and the Fair Employment Tribunal in Killymeal House, Belfast. I started OITFET in April 2009 and my role as Tribunal Supervisor is interesting and educational. My main responsibilities is checking decisions and dealing with face to face customer enquiries. I am the WELL Champion for Killymeal House and am excited about being involved in the organisation of Health and Wellbeing events in partnership with the wider WELL Team.

Hi, I’m Helen and I’m the WELL Being Champion for all DAERA staff in Academy House, Ballymena. I’ve been with DAERA for quite a few years now. My main job duties include vouching Admin claims for the Council Clusters in the current Rural Development Programme, answering the phone and the general day to day running of the office.
