Hi I’m Catherine Quinn from Discretionary Support in Antrim JBO Building. I started in the WELL Team in April 2023. I joined the civil service in January 2023, but my background is in retail management. I have an interest in health and wellbeing. I am no fitness fanatic but I enjoy exercise and eating well. I was motivated to join the WELL Team because in previous company’s I enjoyed the social events organised and am interested in helping people stay connected while remote working. I am also one of the WELL Champions in the Department and I look forward to being involved in the organisation of Health and Wellbeing events in partnership with the wider WELL team.

I’m Christopher Morren and I am a member of the team in the DfC Regional Development Office, a role which I started in October 2022. I work with stakeholders and councils to deliver regeneration projects throughout the province, and I enjoy the varied nature of the job.

I have 15 years’ experience dealing with trade Union members in a variety of situations. I am working in CMS and we are based in Gt Northern Tower on Victoria St. I would spend around 30% of my time on Trade Union activities, much of that is dealing with members who are off sick and helping them to try and get back into work again.

Hi, I’m Lorraine from Central Support Team in Department of Finance. I started in the Central Support Team in September 2024. I am the DoF Health and Safety Officer and my main responsibilities include completing DSE Risk Assessments, Health and Safety Audits and Accident Investigation. I am also involved in the NICS Race and Ethnicity Network and LGBTQ+ Staff Network. Health and Wellbeing is a cause close to my heart and I am keen to work with the WELL Team to organise webinars and Health Check Events.
