Hello,

I am the office manager in The Appeals Service Omagh.
I am particularly interested in health and wellbeing, especially mental health as I work and volunteer part time as a counsellor.
I am very interested in having a positive workplace and I am a champion of being content at work as we all have to spend a good part of our lives at work. 
Looking forward to having plenty of events and information for staff going forward with this programme.
