Debra McNerlin

My name is Debra McNerlin, I am a Work Coach in Limavady Jobs and Benefits Office. The majority of my work is with Universal Credit claimants but I also deal with legacy customers. We were the first office to go live for Universal Credit and my colleagues and I found this very challenging and a year later still are. I am interested in ‘Wellbeing’ and practical advice, hints, and tips especially to deal with work-related stress in our ever-changing work life and would then like to be able to cascade any useful information to my colleagues.
