Hi I'm Claire and I work in Account NI, in Goodwood House in Belfast. I have been in the NICS for 31 years and as I get older I realise the true value of being "well" and having good health, both mentally and phyiscally. I am looking forward to working with other WELL Champions in Goodwood and hoping to pick up a few tips along the way that I can share with others.
